It is a great book for information and training as a dancer.

This book is a comprehensive study, very clearly communicated, by a world class expert. There is so much of value, so much that you might never learn of elsewhere, that I strongly recommend anyone who is putting in the time and effort to train in dance, also take the time to read this book. It will make your training more productive. Some of his instructions made an immediate difference for me. It is the best such book I have found, by far.

Excellent for Dance Training Specificity
The best book written so far for dance conditioning! As a personal trainer and Dancesport Athletic, I am always looking for new ways to train for our sport. There is very little written about it, but this book and much of Eric Franklin's work is universal for dancers. Can't wait to meet him!

This is an amazing book to help with balance and coordination and everything else you need to be a dancer. Descriptions are easy to follow too.
