Very robust good quality, all stainless steel apart from the slide bush and release button. Its quite substancial looking, and having only a lightly brushed finish, it blends in well with other polished stainless steel or crome finised taps etc. This is the best stainless steel slide rail I coud find.

This shower rail is made completely from stainless steel except for the adjustment button. It is substantial and is weighty. It has an easy fix to the wall with some vertical and lateral adjustment in case the drilled holes aren't 100% accurate. It is attached using 1 fixing at top and one at the bottom and is stable (although considering it's weight I would have preferred 2 each end). I would have been more comfortable if the fixings had rubber/silicone gaskets to take out any unevenness and cushion the fixing being worried of over-tightening and cracking a tile. The mounting plates are then covered by 'caps' that are held in place by hex head screws - a little fiddly and not as good as handrails I have installed that have threaded caps. Hence the losing of 1 star.

Wow. Top quality stainless steel fitting, easy glide, can rotate to put glider-holder sides either way around (useful in my case). Oozes quality.Has easy 1 screw fixing plate at each end. The oval on the plate has enough space to allow for a bit of drill drift or poor measurement to still fit up to 5mm either side. There is no rubber washer on the wall fix point so I'd recommend a dob of plumbers caulk at the drill site. The mini-alan key that fixes the main piece to the wall plate is too close to the wall to let you turn without having to remove and reattach it, but that's no real fault, a moments fiddle and it secure and flush.I like: would recommend

If you're looking for a crisp, modern, glass and stainless steel "look" for your bathroom make-over, this is the shower riser rail for you. This is a robust and very high quality product in brushed stainless steel that even impressed my architect. The button operated slide fitting works very smoothly and the whole unit gives the impression it will last a long time. Make sure it's well fitted to the wall, it's not lightweight. The rail was well packaged and delivery was prompt.

Quality product. Comes at a price. It was worth it to me. REALLY solid construction

If you want bright chrome this is not for you. This is stainless (more like a brushed effect) but as the other reviewers have said this is heavy, significant quality and very attractive.

Really, really good. Had to cut a bit off to size but not a problem using the right tool as the metal is very hard.

Nice stainless steel, came WELL wrapped LOL!! It's easy to fix and adjustable enough to cover old holes made in tiles... Good buy!!
