I own all three options of these now- each is beautiful! Great addition to an artists desk! Holes are small and tapered so capacity is limited- one of the two holes is half the depth of the other as well so keep in mind they really don’t hold much.

Quirky item for your study or office
This is a perfect gift for anyone who works in an office or for a study or studio. It's fun, well built, practical and a real conversation piece.Not massive so I'd definitely recommend this one over the smaller single sharpener desk tidy that's also available. The second hole is much more shallow - not suitable for pens but paperclips or rubber bands would sit in it nicely.

The second compartment is not deep
This is a fancy pencil holder but we can put just a few pencils because the second one is just for clips.
