Brilliant pan
Solid, sturdy heavy bottom pan with even heat distribution and most importantly no food is sticking to it. Early days but very pleased with it.

Robust and High Quality
I really love this pan. It oozes quality and good looks. Robust and solid. Gives me a sort of tactile pleasure when I use it. I'm sick of buying expensive pans that claim to be "dishwasher safe" and just aren't. This one has been in the dishwasher many times now and is still in perfect condition. I've tried to get a slightly larger one - 24cm, but it seems to be the only size that Baccarat don't do, annoyingly. 26 cm would be way too big. Please do a 24cm pan for me :)
