I like it, but expect a little more
I have a 5 string base, and it feels that the amplifier is in the limit on his capacity when I use the 5th string (Si / B note).Anyway i liked it

Just okay, didn’t perform as well as the less expensive bass amp I bought at the same time.

Not good
Sounded terrible. Could barely hear bass through speakers. It's possible the speakers are faulty. I dunno. But for 120$ you'd think it would come with a plug instead of having to supply my own batteries. Steer clear of this one.

I use it for my electric Cello
My Cello tutor recommended it. I picked it up from a local music store. I use it as my practice amp for my electric Cello, and its portability is unbeatable. Since the batteries are replaceable (6 x AA), I can always use rechargeable batteries and not worry about obsolescence over time.

Be carefull...
When plugged in. this amp runs VERY hot.The literature said that there is no problem keeping batteries in it while using a power cord but mine got so hot that the batteries melted and ruined some gear. The Tonebridge effects and amp modeling downloads all sound terrible, but the amp sounds fine on its own. Sounds better with headphones.I would not recommend this product.

Have realistic expectations (its 9W!) & youll be thrilled w this amp. Whips comparable brands-models
Great tone and a little extra volume in a TINY package. Surprised by overall tone quality and some variable EQ options. Ideal for practice, home recording or casual low volume jamming.

Not sure
This is typically well built by Laney. I have a Laney RB2 (30w) and a Richter R4(300w) which are outstanding in my opinion. This, I felt a bit disappointed but not sure if I should be. It runs on 6 AA batteries . With earphones it is great but the speakers struggle with the lower notes (E to A). I actually thought at first I got a duffer.

Not a bass amp
Do not buy. Pops and clicks constantly when you try and play anything on it and the store is horrendous at customer service. Returned mine 9 days ago and have no refund. Absolutely do not buy, go to gear4music and enjoy their amazing customer service and good prices instead.

Not a great speaker
Small speaker good build quality but the sound is not there. Open E string and lower sounds very distorted with a strange clicking sound. Not really what I was expecting
