We bought this juicer last month and have been using it for 24 days nearly daily. We did have to return our first one due to a manufacturer's defect as the reverse would not run. But Amazon very quickly replaced it! This juicer does it all! Leafy vegetables do very well when rolled up in a ball and followed by a hard fruit or vegetable. Breezes through carrots with ease when cut up in 2 inch chunks; no need for peeling, a good scrub will do! The pulp is very dry; you do have to help it along near the end of the cycle with the included tool (keep this tool handy - we've already misplaced ours!). Clean up is very simple. I start by running water though it 3 times to run out remaining pulp inside. This will reduce the amount of food pulp to be eliminated while washing parts in the sink. I bought a mesh sink strainer to help catch the discarded pulp and little bits.I just rinse everything with hot water and set out to air dry. Overall I am very pleased with this product!

Great value! work as expected. It leaves a some pulp in the juice which I like it... off course, you could always filter the juice if you don't want to have some pulp in it, but that would be an extra step.Seems well built, durable and easy to assemble/disassemble to wash.Recommended.

The masticator gets stuck inside the machine since my first use. I could not get it out without the use of a knife. I was not happy about that. Especially because it's an expensive machine and isn't as good as I expected it to be.
