DecoArt Dazzling Metallics 2-Ounce Splendid Gold Acrylic Paint

Using to make Christmas ornaments and refinishing frames

It was very easy to use for my purpose. I cleaned before with nail polish remover non acetone, and some alcohol of high percentage. Applied it, cleaned, and is holding really good, keeping a nice gold color. Thank you. Will buy again and other colors. Barely used a bit of it.

This paint was so cute in color and was so pigmented with the gold color

I used it to paint a design on a wall. Good coverage but I had to double coat it to have the intense gold I wanted.

I needed a gold paint that would shine and polish to look like metal. I was afraid this would turn out to be more "gold color", but was I pleased to see that this product really does look like metal. I had a small dowel that was supposed to look like polished brass. I had to use a brush on this and feared they would show. I carefully brushed on the first coat, and when dry, lightly sanded it to ensure an even covering. A 2nd coat left me with a wooden dowel that looked very much like a brass rail. A final sanding and a coat of clear gloss sprayed on to seal it, and I couldn't be happier. I did not attempt to use it in an airbrush, so I cannot attest to that method. I doubt if it will work, however. Nor can I say how well it would work on a larger, flat surface where brush strokes would be a bigger issue.

I really love this metallic paint, it is really iridescent. I am working on a project that requires real sparkle, and I was not disappointed with this product.

Not so good for painting metal. It does not stick well.

Nice vibrant, rich color! Quality paint that flows well and goes on evenly. We used this for the detail on a Flash costume and helmet I made for my son for Halloween. I used the paint on the foam lightning bolts and spandex fabric and I applied it with a black foam craft brush and a thin paint brush. Worth every penny and I have leftovers!

The media could not be loaded. It leaves a flawless finish, the colour is really beautiful and most importantly you are getting a professional product for an amazing price. I love the colour so much I will be buying another one to paint maybe photo frames an a dressing tabel.

Mon avis est mitigé, en provenance des statues, l'envoi est rapide. Point positif, la couleur est magnifique, beaux pigments, utilisé en dutch pour, est plus que liquide à la base, donc impossible de faire des ratios, je ne recommande pas de l'utiliser avec du médium, sinon cela devient de la crème liquide. À utiliser avec le DecoArt satin enamels ou du mod podge ( provenance states).

D' un prodotto da usare su un guasto esempio già color oro .Io l ho usato su una cornice già colore oro .si tratta di un colore acrilico quindi successivamente ho dato una mano di finisci in modo che, se lo pulisco non va via il colore .comunque colore molto bene ho acquistato sempre da Amazon il set di tre pennelli per questo tipo di tinta .il risultato è stato molto soddisfacente. Ho fatto bene ad acquistarne due color oro..E due bianco perla. Per chi è appassionato di pittura, usando questo colore acrilico Ho avuto tante idee da decorare. Provare per credere .il prodotto rende bene nonostante la confezione sia piccola ho dipinto tanti oggetti. Qualità ottima e prezzo valido .

This is paint is so beautiful, we used it to make our sons school project of making a 3d London landmark. We used it to paint the Big Ben and the house of parliament. The paint dries up really quickly which is great, it's so smooth and shiny, we were able to draw on the paint once it was dry with a marker. I bought it in purple too
