I initially purchased this product as a nice modern house for my 2 dogs. The instructions to assemble were easy to read, however be cautious with screwing on the base. I sent the first one back and the 2nd one has the same issue. When you are putting the base together, make sure you don’t tighten the screws until you mount it on the box. After you mount the base on the box, tighten one screw just a little bit (one by one)....if you dont do this, your pet house will be off balance and will jiggle. Find the right screw tighten resistance and keep it there. If you tighten then one at a time instead of little by little each screw, it will frustrate you***Update***Rating 5 stars due to the customer service of the merchant. They really are attentive to your concerns. After discussing the faulty design they implemented recommendations and took care of my replacement and return. They really made me want to order from them again, and I will. They own your issue as if it was theirs personally. Now that I have my replacement that isn’t damaged/malfunctioning, I rate it 5 stars (previously 3 stars.)

I've been looking for this kind of wood, simple, contemparary cat house for my little cutie, and also can fit my home style. Now she loves staying in there whole day, looks so comfortable and secure, doesnt want to come out. It comes with a comfortable mat also. High quality wood and the front door is just so cute.

Attractive and relatively easy to assemble but not great quality. The metal base is so warped that one of the screws will not tighten into the port. Ended up putting some construction adhesive on that spot and clamping it overnight. I hope it holds. Sturdy and good looking for now and the cats are enjoying it. Wish it came with a pad for the top and some Velcro to hold it in place. Probable going to add that on my own too.

I thought this product was easy to assemble. It is very sturdy. My pets love to hide in it and I love that it came with a bed for it.

Box came mangled up. Barely held together and had clearly been retapped multiple times. Was excited to finally have a spot for our new cat only to find that there broken bits of the black legs all over and there was no “hex screwdriver” and hardware so it was impossible to assemble. Waste of time. We are sending all of the broken bits back.

It was very easy to assemble, my two cats love it so far. It’s been a few weeks and I find them in there each day. Looks nice and seems to be quality

This is not for a cat litter box. Too small.

It is a little expensive, but very sturdy & well made! Assembly instructions are easy to follow & it wasn't missing any pieces! My cat is very happy with it!
