I LOVE these yummy little tablets! They taste like berries. If I dissolve one under my tongue the SECOND I feel that itch in my throat , I don't catch the cold/flu. Elderberry is a powerful antiviral that we should all have in our medicine kit and growing in our garden. (This product has zinc too, which also helps). The package has 2 foil packets which can fit easily in your purse, or in your desk drawer, or night stand. I only wish I could get a package with more tablets. I go through them so quickly.
