If you've had gall bladder surgery then you need this. Take one just before eating every time and it helps your body do what it can't do so well anymore. This has helped me greatly and I will continue using this product.

Great product. I've been taking it for years and notice a difference if I forget to take it. It does have a bit of a bitter taste. But it's worth it and it's a good price.

In my opinion this is an effective supplement. I felt a measurable smoothness in the digestion process such as less bloating less crumbling sound in my stomach and I became more regular after a history of irregularity. I did not detect any annoying side effects. I am satisfied

I didn't read the label and see that the first ingredient is Ox Bile (which is also a name given to cow bile). After taking just 2 of this supplement I became ill with terrible cramps and diarrhea. This company will not allow a return after the product has been opened so therefore I do not recommend this product.
