Nutri-Vet Cetyl-M Advanced Joint Action Formula Chewable Tablets 120 ct

This product was recommended to me by my mother. My 12-year-old schnauzer started showing signs of arthritis on his hip area so my mom recommended this product as it worked very well for her schnauzer. After a month of taking this twice today, he seems to be much better and he doesn't show any signs of pain. The tablet is scored so you can break it in half. My pup eats it like a treat. However you can also crush it up and place it on their food. I have two schnauzers so I started giving this to my other schnauzer as a preventative measure. Great supplement for the dogs getting up into their later years!

We would have had to put our dog down 2 years ago if it were not for this product. At 11, our 90 lb dog was having extreme difficulty getting up and walking with his hind legs. Noticed a huge change after a couple days of using this formula....making sure to double the dose as suggested and then slowly tapering off. We have been giving these to him every day and eats them like a treat. Whenever he gets extra exercise, we give a few more than normal and it seems to help recovery time. He is turning 14 this month and although I know his days are limited due to age, I am thankful for the extra time we have had with him and the lack of pain that would be expected with aging bones and joints.

If you have an older dog you are going to want to try this! I use it on my 6 year old Border Collie who was showing signs of soreness in his back legs. I was thinking tick born disease, but decided to try this. I do the Lyme shot every year, flea and tick every month but getting into the vet these days, ugg! I tried this (it took 1 month) and wahlah! It really works! I will never take him off it. I love seeing my dog run as fast as the wind ;) So I put my horses on it too :) Same there, IT WORKS!

Our 13 1/3 year-old wolfdog has arthritis in his hips and lower spinal degeneration, so movement is difficult for him. He is doing better now while taking Cetyl-M. It does seem expensive, but is worth the cost because it helps our aging pet.

My 18-year-old sheltie mix dog was having some serious arthritis issues. She did not want to move off her bed and limped horribly around the house when she needed to eat or go outside. A friend recommended this product, and it has changed her life. It took about 3 weeks to notice a difference, but after 6 weeks, she was actually waiting at the door for her walks! I just crush it up into her dog food every morning and she is good to go. I really feel we bought her a few more good and happy years.

The media could not be loaded.  To start out my vet reccomended these i just didn't want to pay vet prices so i ordered them from Amazon.These have worked wonders on my little guy! He has bad knees (luxating patellas) and he started having alot of issues walking and would contstanly lick and bite at his hind legs. Then maybe 2-3 days of these and he was back to running around and going up/down stairs with no problem. He has been on these now for I think around 6 months.And beyond the fact that they work its not very hard to trick him to eat them. At first he would eat them like any of his other treats but a week or so in he decided to not like them anymore. The nice this is that the texture is very easy to break and turns into a powder easily. My solution has been to grind a few in a bowl (now a motar and pestal) and stir it into his food. Takes maybe a minute to grind to a fine powder.If your pup has joint problems I 110% reccomend giving these a try!

My dog is 8 years old and has migrating lameness (in her 2 front legs) due to Lyme disease that she contracted a few years back. She was limping badly and the glucosamine that had been giving her wasn't effective any longer. The Cetyl M has done wonders for her lameness, she rarely limps anymore. I will say that the loading dose was way too much for her, she had some serious poop issues with the full loading dose! She weighs about 65-70lbs and after she had the issues the first day and a half, I cut her back to one tablet a day. She was still having occasional outbreaks of limping so I upped her to 1.5 tablets a day and that has been her magic number. I have been using this for about 3 months now and no more poop issues, and no lameness.

For years I have been reading about Cetyl M and was interested in getting some for myself, my dog and my aged horse (30+ yrs.). I procrastinated too long to benefit the horse; she was euthanized last fall. This winter I noticed my Golden Retriever (9 yrs.) was really slowing down and showing signs of hip pain. He was having great difficulty jumping into the back of my RAV 4, and was moving with great effort after just a short walk. By the way, I was concerned that he might balk at taking the tablets, but it turns out he regards them as treats and gobbles them with gusto. They must taste really good!
