Nothing beats this for making the shell of Columbian empanadas. I usually go to Cesar's Empanadas in Greenpoint although when I can't make the trip I've got to make some of my own in order to tide me over.These along with some Goya con Sazafran seasoning are the secret to making delectable, crispy, and thin Columbian Empanadas.

Nice cornmeal, glad they had it since stores are out, during this pandemic.

My wife is from Colombia and I got her this to cook some arepas, which is a common staple down there. She said the looks and smells seem authentic and although it is very hard to replicate the true flavors, she highly recommends this for cooking arepas.
