All I can say about these capers is YES, and if I could, I'd even write it bigger and bold. They are delicious and considering the quality, the price per ounce makes them a very good buy. A sprinkle of these capers can turn any dish into an adventure—small, bold, and unforgettable, just like a daring little caper.

The size and flavor are great. I prefer smaller capers. The brine is perfectly balanced. You may want to find another caper lover because it's a huge jar.

These are a great quality caper. We use them to garnish dishes, and I make sour dough bread with capers and herbs De Provence. Delicious.

I buy these over and over. Well packaged, decent price, good sized jar.

Had to reorder 1st one problems with delivery ? may have leaked. Good for cooking and on bagels.

I had to write this because of how well packaged these are. They’re capers, I use a ton of capers I’m sure they’re great. They were delivered yesterday afternoon, I forgot to grab them from outside the garage. With a low of 18F these are perfect. I just remembered them and ran outside, sure they would be solid with broken glass. They were in a high quality air bag inside the box.

This is the second time I have placed an order for these capers. They are delicious and the large bottle last several months. The glass is well packaged and protected.
