Absolute trash and waste of money
Worst product ever. This is a local circuit sold by Luminous with their branding to scam customers. The controller is completely broken.. it can neither handle load nor charge the battery properly. The indicator lights are all useless and inaccurate. It's an absolute waste of money. I'm throwing it into the garbage dump tomorrow morning and crying in a corner for wasting ₹500 on this.

Working as expected.. but with a disclaimer that need to be clarified.
Seems good. However here is an observation regarding the functioning of this unit.The panel terminal hold the current of 12V from the battery for almost 1 min, after disconnecting from the panel. There is a always a return voltage of 1.8V in the panel terminals. That means this much amount of current is flowing back to the panel even when the panel is not charging the battery. However all the LED indicators are functioning properly as explained in the brochure.Is this normal ?If not, the unit need to be looked into.

One of the Best
I have used all those nameless Chinese charge controllers and most of them failed or damaged my batteries. This one is highly reliable and I have made it a standard product for my solar applications. It is a bit bulky and mounting inside my enclosures is a bit difficult though. I would request Luminous to provide DIN rail support or extended brackets for mounting with screws. Hanging on screws behind is really cumbersome.
