As described. Quite comfortable when partially inflated (Not quite maximum to allow pillow to mould slightly to neck). Mask is not too tight. Earplugs are standard style/size.

Needed it for a flight the next day. Did the job. Not the most comfortable but worth it for the price.

The inflatable pillow had a hole along the folding line, and could not be properly inflated. I'll ask for a refund and buy it from another seller.
