For 20$ you cannot go wrong. The sleeves are the same thickness as the stupid expensive ones for 35$ and you get the wraps too. My arms are anywhere from 17 3/4 to 18 depending on how carbed up or how much sodium i have, i got the XL. My elbows also measure a lil over 12.5. It takes a lot of work for me to put them on and off so if you measured right then thats how it should feel. It is tight but with bodyheat and moisture it loosens up a bit where it is not cutting off circulation. I had to scrunge it up, kinda like how a caterpillar moves, i couldn't slide it on or slide it off as there was too much friction. I bought it because my elbows are starting to feel dried up and painful at 36 with way too many pressing movements and reverse cable flies. Will update to see how it performs at the gym.

Got the 2XL size and my elbows are 13.75" and bicep is 18" cold and the fit is great. Doesn't slip at all and doesn't feel like it's totally cutting off my circulation either. I'm in my mid-50s and these are great on my chest days which are hard on my elbows with heavy benching and dips and all. I was having tons of elbow pain during my workouts and also throughout the day. Now the pain is almost all gone. These have held up great since I got them a month ago, and the pain in my elbows has gotten a lot less. As a side note, I find that if I use some Capsaicin cream on my elbows (heats up the joint pretty good) combined with the thermogenic ingredients in my preworkout and the sleeves, makes my elbows feel like they're on fire (in a good way). Give it a try. Anyway, these are a great buy.

They are very good I am a size 12.5 inches with a bent elbow if you want tight I recommended getting a medium the large is snug but not tight. The sizing chart is way off

These are absolutely great. Really make my elbows feel 10x more secure when lifting and that was a big thing for me because I have bad elbows from different injuries. And the bonus wrist wraps were a big plus because they fit perfectly and the Velcro’s is sewn really well. Shipping was no hassle. Very fast arrived when promised. The packaging the products came in itself was a very cool sleek reusable plastic bag that I carry them both in my gym bag along with other small items because of the convenience. Over all I’m giving this 5stars because it met all the requirements I was looking for and more. I will be looking to them for any future things I may need first. They definitely earned my business.

Going by the measurements given I expected that a little, because I was at the very low end of the fit, but didn't want to order a size down and risk it being to small. I also know my arms are going to be growing in the near future, so they will grow into them as well.Other than that I have no issue. They seem high quality so far and the wrist straps are a lot better than I thought they would be. What a bonus!

I really tried to like this pair, but the odor that came with it was unbearable. A week in of airing it out and it still had a smell of chemicals.It also didn't provide enough support even after buying a size smaller. The tightest area on these elbow sleeves are where the edge bands are. I had to roll down the top edge to have it tightened around the joint.I returned the item.

Bought xl when the circumstance I measured was 14 inches. Put them on, snug definitely and took some work to get them on since my forearms are 14 inches. But once they were around my elbow they felt great. Since I lift heavy I need them tight. I got them cause they aren't long and don't take up a huge amount of arm space. Would buy again

So I got these for my elbow thinking to protect my elbows while benching and maybe up my bench a few pounds, but I didn't notice any added feeling of protection or strength gain. They have been most useful after leg day - I put them on my calves as a compression sleeve and they feel great. I'm super pleased, although not with their intended function.

Had my elbow injured couple of months ago and since then I had hard time to do even light weight triceps exercises. I ordered large size and it fits great and my elbow mobility increased instantly, pain level decreased and getting trough triceps exercises now much easier. The wrist straps were nice bonus as well!

Amazing for the value.Elbow wraps have a nice spring for the bench and shoulder press.Wrist wraps are firm and great for any heavy barbell exercise.

I am willing to change my review if the seller can get into contact. This product is good but the sizing chart is wrong. I measured very price yet this elbow sleeve cuts off circulation too tight
