This is the way.
This thing is a beast. Very compact but my fear was that it was going to be flimsy and weak. I was wrong. All of the parts are pretty heavy gauge stainless steel and the hinge points are very robust. It boiled water in under 6 minutes which is amazing. I bought the adapter Amazon suggested so I could run propane and it works great. I will say though that the reason I think they don’t advertise it as propane is because propane is a lot hotter. That being said, you barely have to turn the valve on at all before it’s puking out gas if you use propane. So be careful if you go this route. Starter works great and it even comes with a magnesium striker in case the starter goes out on you. I’m amazed at what they packed in such a small package. If I had to nit pick, the only negative I could come up with is the hose could have been made to quick disconnect from the burner so when you store it, it would be easier on the hose.

Good stove, might have difficulty lighting it in cold/snowy conditions
I bought this stove back in summer 2020 and have used it on a handful of backpacking trips since then. It's very reliable and can bring a half liter pot of water to a boil in just a few quick minutes. The self-igniter feature is super nice as well. There are only two downsides I can think of which are 1) this does not come with any sort of wind-screen and 2) it can be difficult to ignite in the cold. I took this on a backpacking trip where there was heavy snowfall recently, and I could not get it to ignite at all until I retreated to my tent and tried cooking under my tent's rainfly. I had the same problem the next morning even though the snow/wind was mostly gone. It's just generally difficult to ignite this thing in the cold.Otherwise, great stove, especially for non-freezing conditions. Would definitely recommend it.

Nice powerful stove. Works as discribed and is recommended
This is a great little stove. A little bulky if doing ultra long distance backpacking. I used it on the Trans Catalina Trail and worked great for my multiple campsites on that hike. Does store away in it's own container. Worked flawlessly and the adjustable flame is a plus. Great product for camping. Would highly recommend.

Small, easy to use, does its job
I really like this stove. It fits in a little box about 4”x4”. It has an igniter and a fuel flow control, where it attaches to your fuel canister. You can use isobutane or propane. I bought an adapter so I can use a small propane canister and it works great. The fuel adjuster isn’t especially sensitive but you’ll get your flow rate, how you need it to be, pretty easily. We just finished camping with it and it worked like a champ. This is something you can take on a day hike or to the beach. Just take your butane and a small grill skillet and foodies and you’re good to go

Bad flame control, but otherwise functional.
The biggest issue I have with this stove is poor flame control. At low settings, the flame is neat, and blue. However, at higher settings it becomes a colder yellow color and separates a little from the burner. When a pot is placed on top the flame ends up burning around the sides of the pot instead of under it - wasting gas and heat.Pros: Wide and sturdy base. Low to the ground makes balancing pots easier. Igniter works well. Windproof, especially with a pot placed on top.Cons: Poor flame control at high settings. Wish the box it came in was more compact - it's a pretty large cube.

Great combination of features
Yes you could save a couple grams by going with a different stove but I would happily trade a tiny amount of extra weight for not having my dinner tip over when I’m trying to cook. After a long day on the trail the last thing you want is to go to bed hungry. The stove folds out to maximum stability and connects to fuel through the included hose lowering the center of gravity. Starts easily and consistently with the built-in piezoelectric lighter.I have a lighter featherweight stove but I trust my food on this stove much more. It is become my go to when backpacking.

Bigger better
I backpack a lot and had the little gas stove with the little orange box and worked really well for my little Stanley set up, boiling water. Still like boiling water, but cooking a little more. This stove is so much more stable. It's worth the bigger size, don't mind carrying it at all. Definite thumbs up.

Buy it now!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you like to hike really really really far with a machine gun in the mountains against your will? Do you think you look cute making your little coffee in your jetboil while your rethinking your decision of joining the infantry?? Than buy this thing dude. It's cooler than you'll ever be. Buy the propane adapter so you can have alot more fuel to make a million and one ramen noodles or cold weather MREs. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU PACK IT INTO YOUR RUCKSACK!!! It is pretty strong but not super strong. BUY THE PROPANE ADAPTER KIT!!! Hey I got a good idea for you. Buy the propane adapter kit. Why do you ask? Because I said so! and propane is way cheaper. It's kind of big so honestly pack smartly. Also if it breaks it's only like 20 bucks so you'll be ok. Its smaller than a jet boil if that helps

Received 3500W stove, not 4600W stove
Stove quality is okay. Fuel control is very good, can get a very small flame. But I was sent the 3500W version, not the 4600W version that I advertised.
