Endurance Pro ERS30M2 WB30M2 6 turn 8" Range Surface Heating Element Replacement for GE General Electric Stove Burners

I got this to replace one of the auto-temperature-shutoff elements on my GE electric range--the feature doesn't work well with cast iron cookware, especially my wok which has a slightly grooved bottom. It fits well and even slotted into the groove pan. The contacts were a bit bent in shipping but straightened out just fine.Hopefully no more surprise burner shutdowns when I'm in the middle of stir-frying.

So far this seems to be almost as good as the more expensive one we had previously purchased from elsewhere. Not as sturdy as our previous one, but still sturdy enough. It was easy to install.Post note: since installing this, have noticed that the drip pan does not lay flat & is tilted up so pot/pan isn’t even on the burner! Will now have to buy a more expensive burner more specific to the range model!!

Cheap junk. Beware. They do not fit our stove top well and are inferior to the ones prior to these. Obvious when you hold them next to one another.

SO far so good. I have not had any problems with this. We have a VERY old stove, I do not even know the year it was made. I love the 6 turn, we had a 4 turn before. It gets the job done. I did have to bend the prongs a little when I got it to get it to fit in, but it was easy and I could tell it needed to be done by looking at it. I read the other reviews and that helped a lot.

It is a bit lighter than the existing Calrod burners on our stove, but fit fine after I bent the plug tines to match the existing burner. (It was really easy to move the tines into place by hand.) The first one worked well enough that we immediately ordered one for our other large burner. Price is certainly right.

I like how the coil in tighter, or closer together than my old burner. I feel like it spreads the heat out more evenly and quickly. I'd attach pictures, but it's not allowing it on this particular review.

GE has one part number for two different burners. One has short leads and on has leads about5/8" longer. This part has the short leads. After two previous text from both GE and another aftermarket company , I found this one. This is the one I needed. Looks great and fits perfectly.

For the price it’s an excellent replacement.It does not get as hot as The Calrod OEM.But very close.
