My students LOVE these alligators!! Frankly, so do I. They are adorable! They are fantastic for teaching the concept of more than and less than. I bought the larger magnetic ones first and those are great to use when I introduce and model on my magnetic interactive board the concept of more than and less than. I use these smaller ones when I partner them up and they work together to write their own more than and less than number sentences. I would highly recommend this product!I wish they made the = signs in both a magnetic and non magnetic too! I would buy those in a heartbeat!

These greater than/less than alligators have been excellent math manipulatives for teaching my students the concept of greater than and less than. The alligators have been a classroom favorite and my students look forward to using them for our greater than/ less than lessons.

Love this math manipulative!

I used it to teach math in my class. It was very useful for when we did comparing numbers. It serves as my sentence stem.

What I liked about the items, they have greater and less than written on the symbols. I use the items to teach those terms to small children.

These are described as magnetic- they are not. Still a great tool, but I definitely expected them to be magnetic. Disappointing.
