Useful for Nail Trimming
My cat hates it but only because it works! You're able to let out or keep in as many of their legs as you like, mesh design useful for bathing but I mostly use it to trim my cats' nails!

Top performance restraint bag is a top performer!
I've been fighting with my senior feline for over a week to get her subq's into her little body. I can't believe how strong she is, how good she is at yoga and how well she's mastered the art of biting me just hard enough to leave her alone. This bag, for us, a miracle. Took a bit to get her in.. next time, which is in two days, I'll wear gloves. Once I zipped her in she flipped over on her side. Administering the fluid wasn't perfect, I had to remove the needle after the first syringe, pet her lil head and calm her until she relaxed, then administer syringe number two. She was a queen. I opened the Velcro at her neck and she did a Houdini technique to get out. Walked a few steps away, meowed a complaint, I congratulated her, whooping and cheering.. then gave her some treats. I'm willing to do this every other day to spare her the kindey shutdown. She is too, she just doesn't know it. Try it. I tried everything, burrito, in my lap, off the floor on an ottoman... I mean, Everything. This worked for us. I can't express my relief. Oh, and she turned 21 last Friday. I think she's got some more time in her. 😊😊💜

Great For Trimming Claws & Kitty Caps
We got this because we wanted to provide our two cats with a safe alternative to declawing. We hired a professional groomer the first two times to place kitty caps on them, but at $40 a cat every two months it's a costly investment. We were prepared to do it, but then COVID hit. Everyone in our home is immune compromised and our groomer is still mobile, so it's an unnecessary risk.We decided to temporarily do kitty caps ourselves; however, the first time we were clawed, bitten, and urinated on. That's when we decided this would be a great idea with a muzzle. We put the muzzle on first to calm them. Then, we place the cat head first in the jacket while carefully securing the velcro TIGHTLY around their necks. Then, we put their full bodies in the jacket, push down their behinds, and zip it up. You need to be quick! I suggest practicing and familiarizing yourself with the jacket beforehand.I can not stress enough that's it's imperative that the velcro be tight and secure. If you can get a finger in, your pet can breath. More than that and an attack paw will emerge. Then, you're free to unzip the zipper to each coordinating paw. We remove the caps, trim their nails, apply new caps, let them dry, wait a couple of minutes, and move on to the next paw. They resisted it at first, but it keeps them so much more calm and it is ultimately safer for them and us.I would not recommend it for bathing or traveling.

Not a good as my old one but still worth it
I purchased this item a couple of years ago, loved it so much, I bought another one when one of the back zippers recently broke. The newer one feels 'cheaper' that the original, starting with the vinyl envelope (with snaps) the grooming bag comes in - the vinyl is a lot thinner. I mention this because I store the grooming bag in the vinyl envelope. The fabric of the actual bag is also not as nice. The original bag had a softer thicker quality - the new one feels thinner and 'crunchy/crispy' (for lack of a better word). But at the end of the day it does what I need it to do - hold my very LONG cat in place while I clip his nails. As long as this new one lasts a couple of years without breaking, I still think it's a good deal.

Finally cat grooming bag that works!!
Read a couple reviews that said bag or zippers ripped open and almost didn't buy this, but glad I did. Yes, this grooming bag is heavy enough, zippers are strong enough. I ordered a LARGE for my 12 lb cat, was right size. Took 2 of us to get cat in bag and we did a couple dry runs. Freckles was a stray when he found us and may some day be a docile cat, but he sure isn't yet. We needed to cut his nails because he's just learning some in-home manners and he was really snagging us. I picked him up and quickly laid him atop the bag which was already spread apart on the counter, my husband immediately began zipping up back zipper while I affixed velcro band behind his neck. I still had to put on a cone (left over from another cat getting some meds) around Freckles' neck because he would have chewed off several of our fingers. Anyway we got his nails trimmed and nobody was injured!! Do some practicing before you try this, your cat will probably lunge inside and try to fight his was out, but this bag will work.

good bag but does not come with hooks as shown or stated edit already to small for him
ok item is good lil hard to get a cat into but works well once ya get them zipped in. however it did not come with the hooks to hang him on a bar so i had to deal with the occasional imma bite you i dont like this. edit. used the item one time and its already to small for him!!!! what a waste of 25 bucks at this point. first time it fit perfectly now it wont fit him at all 25 bucks for one months use and now imma have to order a new one. please note he didnt really grow much at all but apparently enough to outgrow the bag. still nice bag just be aware that what may fit a month ago wont fit the next time you go to use it

It only works if you can get your cat into the bag
I purchased this because the vet used a similar one in his office to keep her from murdering him and his assistant as they tried to feed her liquid medicine. We went without a similar contraption for a couple of days, and our neighbors thought we were having a domestic dispute due to the wounds she inflicted on us each time we tried to give her the medicine. We thought we were saved when this arrived, but unfortunately, she remembered the experience at the vet and turned into a cat tornado making it impossible for us to get her in the restraint. Basically, we gave up and stopped trying to give her the medicine. When I told the vet, he was like, yeah, I don't blame you. Here is to hoping it will work one of our other cats should the need arise in the future. The concept seems sound, and it does allow for accessing small portions of your cat a time which can be useful for nail clipping or grooming.
