It is coming up to four months since I bought this pan, and it looks like it is going to last a long time. I am naturally a tight wad and would not normally spend this much on a pan, but this reaffirms in me the belief that quality is worth paying for. I hardly use any oil with it, and it is a doddle to clean. Usually soak it for a while before cleaning.

Good quality pan, great for steaks.

This pan is perfect for griddling steaks, duck breast etc.With the detachable handle you can just pop it in the oven after searing.When away in the caravan, we got fed up with the mess we had to clean up every time after cooking steaks on our blue, gas braai.It cooks the food very well but all the fat drips through the slots, coats the underneath of the griddle plate and drips into the main tray, all of which really is not much fun to face the morning after.Using this pan on a simple gas burner does away with all that. You can just pour off any unwanted fat (eg when doing duck breasts). The Main braai doesn't get in a state, the coating makes it a delight to wash up - you can just do it with the rest of the washing up or in the DW if you're not camping.Also, having the detachable handle makes it much better for packing down and/or storage.Excellent price compared with other removable handle pans. Thoroughly recommend it,

I was originally looking at pans which were much more expensive than this one but it came up in the searches and had good reviews so I thought why not, give it a go. I’ve had it now a shade over 2 months and it’s been used frequently on an induction hob and I have to say, I’m not disappointed. It’s easy to clean just with a green scrubber and washing up liquid (don’t use a metal scourer) and has decent heat distribution. If your storage is tight, the handle unattaches as well. It’s still also in very good condition: the fairly heavy usage over the last couple of months hasn’t affected the non-stick surface of the pan. All in all, I highly recommend this pad. Don’t be put off by the cheap price.

Good quality

I like this pan, it cooks Steaks well, and it cleans up when washed like a dream, nice one.I would recommend.

Have used it a few times now for cooking bacon, sausages and Tuna Steaks. Good heat distribution over the base of the pan, even cooking of meat and did not have to have the flame on full. Easy to clean if you follow the instructions and being able to remove the handle for cleaning, storing and oven use is great. Would recommend this product.

Great pan easy to clean & easy to store

Die Pfanne ist ansonsten super,braten ohne zusatzfett. Alles wird super angebraten. Muste nur nach mehrmaligen Gebrauch feststellen das sie sich verfort .die ausseseite um die innenring biegt sich nach unten,dadurch Rollen die Würstchen an die Seite.Für Steaks und andere flachen Teile kein Problem.Benutze dennoch andauernd.

Idéal sur ma plaque à induction. Ne colle pas et se nettoie très bien

Ho acquistato la bistecchiera per un piano ad induzione e veramente pratica si pulisce a mano facilmente e si ripone bene grazie al magico estraibile.

Excelente sartén grill. La he usado en varias ocasiones el poco tiempo que la tengo y debo decir que cocina a la plancha perfectamente .La carne y los pescados se quedan jugosos si previamente se ha calentado bien el grill y se cocina luego a fuego medio lento.El mango extraíble está muy bien.Fácil de limpiar y buen antiadherente.La recomiendo sin duda.
