As shown in the photo the strap broke when using the item for the first time.These things happen but a failure to reply to emails, no telephone number on the website and links to social media accounts that don't exist suggest a suspicious outfit, I'm afraid.

Small enough to fit underneath seat, big enough to fit the essentials.

Liked the idea but the quality could have been better. The zips didn't run smoothly, and the telescopic handle tended to stick. I'd expected better as this was quite a bit more expensive than "basic" models of this sort of case. I returned it and spent a bit more on another brand.

Bought this for a 3 day mini vacation, it did not fit under the seat and did fit in the overhead on the plane, great to maneuver and handle easily to push, fit all my clothes, I'm over 60 woman and always had trouble pushing suitcases, this one was a beautiful turquoise color and it managed well going the distance in both airports and easy to carry also, great purchase, very happy with it.

The media could not be loaded.  Es una excelente maleta de viaje, muy resistente, con ruedas para no cargar, cabe debajo del asiento en avión y tiene mucho espacio para guardar cosas y con separadores suficientes para organizar todo. Además en color muy bonito. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y de muy buen precio.

I was in love with this bag for a long time before purchasing it. I was afraid it might be flimsy, but fellow customers assured me it wasn't, so I finally got it. It held well on its first trip. You can put a lot in it (I had two pairs of shoes, three jeans, several tops, underwear, including tons of socks and 4 bulky bras, books, toiletries, two tablets in cases). But I wouldn't call it an underseater. In fact, I had a hard time fitting it in the overhead bin of the small aircraft I was in. It may work as an underseater on big airplanes, especially if you travel first class. But at least I didn't have to gate check it like everybody else with their regular carry-ons.Edit: Actually, on my way back, as I couldn't fit it in the overhead bin, I tried it under the seat, and it worked. I had just assumed it wouldn't because it was hard to fit in the overhead bin. But this bag, while small, is thick. That is why it will fit better under the seat than in the overhead bin of a tiny aircraft (which is what I was on, Porter Airlines).However, when I got home, the handle jammed! Some tiny part had fallen off, and I couldn't get the handle to telescope back in. But Amazon customer service was awesome at processing a replacement. I really love this bag so much, I didn't want a refund. I hope the defect was a fluke. 🙏

Pour petit voyage ou séjour plus long si possibilité de laver son linge. Plein de pochettes pour retrouver toutes ses affaires. Je suis satisfaite de son côté fonctionnel et pratique, de sa solidité. Ce petit sac/valise avec roulettes correspond à mes attentes. De plus il est joli, ce qui ne gâche rien. Je suis contente de mon achat.
