Picture doesn't match product

After searching for a replacement cable set we settled on this one, even though there was a different set, complete with detaingler set, that was colored for a dollar less. We didn't realy want the colored cables and already have a detaingler so we spent the extra dollar on this product. When it arrived it only contained the lower cable not the entire rear brake cable set pictured. Very dissappointed to spend extra money for less product.
