I work in the tech industry and find that these help a lot on most nights when my anxiety ramps up.Quick dissolving is great with a nice cherry flavour, not too artificial. They are a lot more effective the earlier you take them, so I try to shoot anywhere between 1-3 hours before bed. It's not long before I'm drifting off pretty easily.They are a couple of bucks more than just regular swallow tabs, but in all honesty, the faster you can get a product like in your system, the better. I take these traveling a lot for the first few nights trying to sleep in a hotel or camping, so a quick dissolve tab is a lot better on the go. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They're not 5 mg . They're 10 mg . Whereas the 5 mg usually tastes like cherry and dissolves nicely in your mouth .; these are strawberry flavored . They dissolve just as fast however , it's not as clean . The 5 mg turn into a mush and these dissolve from hard to liquid as fast but, there are crumbs left as the process ends until finally dissolving . The most important thing is that they worked ! And they are 10 mg ! And by the time you pay for shipping and taxes for a cheaper priced one , the cheaper one will end up costing more .
