Review: Quality - The camera is such a 11/10 I am extremely happy with my purchase, it works amazing everything is functioning normally there is no cosmetic damage looks like it was born today. The pictures come out clear and crisp and vivid. If you have been wanting the g7x this literally gives that and you can up the color on the camera if you like more orange pictures. It’s so simple to fix the exposure. I haven’t seen how the battery life is but so far I have been playing around with it and The battery is still the same. I had the Kodak f55 and this camera is slightly bigger in a good way. The price is good if you been wanting a camera that gives g7x this is 700 maybe 800$ cheaper. If you needed a sign to buy this camera this is it for you! Love ittt ALMOST A MONTH LATER- I still EXTREMELY love this camera the battery life has been surprisingly amazing!! I think I have charged it maybe 3 times this month and the videoing quality is pretty good as well the zoom is just outstanding the zoom made this camera a 12/10 now
Review: Another great camera from Nikon - I have had a Nikon Coolpix S600 for 5-6 years now and it has been my go to camera to have around because of it's handy size and it has never let me down, except that recently the zoom function is intermittently working. So, I decided to replace it with the S9500 and just got it this past week and really wanted to put it through the paces a bit to see how functional it would be around town and in the field. The wi-if transfer is really handy when your out and about and want to transfer photos to a cell phone or tablet that has data capability so they can be uploaded to a website or to just back them up on another device. I used my iPad and the free app from Nikon called Wireless Mobile Utility (WMU) which can be found in the App Store, it's really quick and easy to use. It also allows you to setup your camera and remotely take pictures with the app, I found that I could only be about 30 feet away from the camera with my iPad before the wi-if signal was lost so it has range limitations. The 22x zoom is fantastic for this size of a camera, it takes really nice clear photos even zoomed all the way out. The anti vibration works well also if you al moving about and taking action shots. One big complaint I have so far is the placement of the record button for starting video recording. I have hit this button numerous times on accident and there is no way to disable the video record function, it's always at the ready when you are in photo mode.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this camera have Panorama Mode, and Fish Eye filter effect?**
A: It does have fisheye, although I've never tried it. It also has panorama which works pretty well. However, it is a little finicky and often stops prematurely as I'm sweeping the scene.

**Q: I used the camera for 1 hour taking pictures and then the battery showed me less then half icon. I have Nikon EN-EL12 3.7.V 1050mAh 3.9Wh. Normal?**
A: I don't believe that it is. I used mine to video almost the entire Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Parade and then all of the fireworks after plus lots of pictures taken in the park before and after the parade. I did make sure it was fully charged before I went to Disney but I still had plenty of battery left when I got home.

**Q: ARE ADDITIONAL LENSES AVAILABLE?**
A: In regards to your inquiry, the lens on this camera is fixed, and there aren't any auxiliary lenses available for this camera.

**Q: The 22X zoom is digital or optical?**
A: 22x is Optical and it also has a 4x digital zoom (digital is worthless though as you can do that on your home computer)

### ⭐ Would not recommend
*by A***A on July 10, 2026*

I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. I received a defective camera that would not turn on or function properly. I contacted the seller immediately, and they assured me the camera had been fully charged and should work. I followed their instructions and gave it a few more days, but the camera still did not work. As a result, I returned the camera in its original condition and packaging. However, instead of receiving a refund for the approximately $300 I paid, I was issued a refund of only $0.01. I am now without both the camera and my money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this seller. If you choose to do business with them, be extremely cautious, as my issue was not resolved fairly despite returning the defective product.
