It literally works very well. I'm the skeptic but this gives no issues and I've been through a half dozen boxes. BUT if you receive a damaged box, just exchange it cause they could be broke, happened to me once. I CUT the clear plastic individual sac off around the tablet. Be careful not to have wet fingers, it will begin to dissolve. Why? Really has to do with why not, get to the point of the tablet to do it's thing plus I do trust the cheapo dishwasher here.
