Review: Not crystal! It’s acrylic/plastic and assembly is fairly easy - I don’t speak any other language besides English and Spanish and this only took like 20 minutes to put together, I fear people are just not using common sense because every piece is numbered and it’s very easy to make sense of. The quality is very nice! No missing pieces. The value for money is exactly what is expected in my opinion. I took a photo for reference for size and it fit in my hand perfectly it wasn’t huge nor small. I’m very happy! Only thing is it’s not crystal which isn’t clearly described that it’s acrylic/ plastic. Lovely anyways though!

**Q: Does this toy come apart? Do you have to glue it?**
A: It’s a puzzle, not a figure, so you place the pieces together to form the figure. You don’t need glue, they’re interlocking and when completed will hold together on its own. You can technically take it apart after completion but it might be a bit difficult to unlock the pieces. There’s usually a tiny rod used to hold some of the pieces together that is also interlocking, it will be the most difficult part to remove if you want to deconstruct the puzzle.

**Q: I lost the instructions, need help….?**
A: Yours came with instructions!??? Our poor kid never even got to try it, ours had no instructions at all and we couldn't find help anywhere online. I'm sorry, I wish I could give better advice, but we had no luck at all and threw it away! :(

This crystal puzzle was extremely cute and made me feel so accomplished once I had it finished. A lot of the reviews complain because it's hard but keep in mind IT'S A PUZZLE. Yes it was hard and took me awhile but you don't need instructions for this kind of puzzle. It was a matter of finding a starting piece and trying to go off of there. When it comes to this puzzle you have to look at what the shape looks like and how the puzzle is constructed. Yes it is hard for a beginner (which I was. Took me three hours to finish) but I enjoyed it and it's a very cute thing to collect. I do reccomend this if you like challenges and are willing to sit down for hours to put it together.
