I saw this demonstrated by the “crazy Russian hacker” and thought it looked like it worked well. I always have trouble cutting nice slices of cheese. The thing looked kind of small and Mickey Mouse but for under $4.00 I thought I would give it a chance. It cuts beautiful large thin slices off of a block of cheese, big enough to cover a sandwich! And at equal thickness. And it is much longer and sturdier than it appeared in the demo.
