I only take two tabs per day instead of three like the bottle says. I started taking them to reduce hair shedding. And I have found that my hair has reduced the shedding I was experiencing and as a bonus my skin appears more bright and clear. I've had good results and will continue to take the vitamins. I already have fast growing nails I guess compared to some people. So I'm sure it helps with nails as well. I recommend.
