In fact, I only fit the pin for leg extensions mode when getting on or off the machine and remove it during exercise. If you leave the pin in place during leg extensions, the pin becomes the dead stop and is quite noisy! **Q: What does the machine weigh?** A: Not sure on weight but it can easily be moved around my gym when needed **Q: I'm roughly 6ft tall, is this machine big enough to use? Just like in the gym. Instructions look overwhelming but once you start they're easy to follow. It comes with an allan key for 3 pieces however, you need a few spanners, a shifter and a hammer of you will not be able to complete it. The shifter and spanner tighten everything up secure! Some reviews here say the boots don't turn far to tighten-- thats because you need a shifter on one side and a spanner on the other. This came in 2 separate deliveries. No communication with seller by the way. But great value for money. Not flimsy like other more expensive ones I've seen. Lastly, no one talks about how hard it is to get on and off it!!
