We are proud to introduce our latest generation of Digital Electronic Scale manufactured by one of the worlds leading specialists in weight measurement technology. Our 34kg/75lb scale is commercial grade, reliable and accurate to 5g when measuring 0-5kg, between 5kg and 34 kg the scale measure to an accuracy of 10g. This scale is designed for easy of use featuring extra large buttons and a generous stable weighing platform. The platform measure 22 x 18cm and has a fold out adaptor so you can easily weigh letters and postal tubes, lay it flat again and you have the perfect base for weighing parcels. We have kitted out our scales with an AC adaptor as standard so they are ready to use straight out of the box. For extra convenience you can add 6 x AA batteries to make your scales portable.

**Q: Hi my Mum has bought a set of these from you and can't calibrate! Could you tell me how to please.Thank you**
A: This model can only be calibrated with a 20kg test weight, and only calibrated in kg, so either you carefully combine several items you are sure weigh exactly 20.00kg or you will need to buy a special 20kg test weight or send off to a separate company to calibrate for you.  So sorry to say the listing text is wrong saying you can use any weight and needs to be corrected.  This model is basically an attempt to copy of the highly popular ABCON Postship models that look similar, but this particular 34kg copy doesn't have the same special calibration software those do, ABCON call it "Any Weight Calibration" and this copy is not so accurate as it only goes up to 1kg in 5g increments, the listing text is currently wrong as it says goes up in 5g increments to 5kg (but actually only 1kg), so needs to be corrected as at 19/9/2020.  So this means if you want to be able to easily calibrate in the future using any object(s) you have to hand at home of your office for which you know the weight (in kg, lb or oz) for example, items weighed at the deli or meat counter in the supermarket or post office, bags of pre-packed sugar, flour or even packs of cola cans or coins that you have had pre-weighed on Legal for Trade scales in the supermarket or market, with weights like 3.1kg, 5050g, 12.056lb or 7.8oz and literally enter in the weight you actually want to use, you should buy one of the ABCON Postship models such as ASIN B008LUBUVE  (40kg model) or B00CABZNEU (20kg model) and both have greater accuracy.  Type or cut and paste the ASIN code in Amazon search bar to go direct to the products.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Driven me crazy!!

These scales have quite frankly, driven me crazy for the 4 years I've had them. They work, they seem to work well, I've not had any postal come-backs, and I regularly rely on them being exactly 100g - there's no point in paying an extra pound or so for a couple of grams. I've only weighed a box, or a pile of padded envelope type of things. But was never keen on the flippy table thing. It's driven me crazy because, it doesn't just turn on, it turns on then counts down from 10 seconds. The plug in cable went brittle very early on, and I had to buy another. And the charging hole isn't very good either! I've found I can touch the wire with a fairy touch and it will come on. sometimes I've had to unplug it and plug it back in - that was with their own charger, and the one that I bought afterwards.
