THis is a awesome book on helping to heal yourself.. super easy to follow.  I am more than thrilled with this book in helping me with all sorts of things.. even memory.  Extremely interesting on how much we can do OURSELVES to heal our bodies.  DEFINITELY would buy this book again in a heart beat if I even lost it.  I am actually using the guidance for Acupressure and spots for my other patches that help also.
