Right from the beginning, I've noticed. The build with the all-metal construction and anti-slip rubber from both ends including the nice Bluetooth connectivity that I had no issues with. I was able to connect to my Galaxy S8 really quickly and I was floored at how loud the bass is. The unit can also be controlled through the speaker itself volume and playing the music or any audio that you desire through the Bluetooth. The initial charging time I would say is about a few hours but I was able to Simply connect to my computer and playback music as well as recording video audio without any issue.It doesn't feel cheap and it's very sturdy that I confident that don't simply roll over or drop and then break easily BUT in fact, I did actually drop it once by accident but there was no dent and it seems to take the hit pretty well considering I dropped it from waist-high. I was very impressed with the product that I started looking at other products made by them and decided to purchase another speaker that is bigger so I can use it in our kitchen. I wasn't thinking it was going to be much but this tiny speaker has amazing sound. It seems very durable and I live that there is a carry strap. I am leaving on vacation in a couple days and can't wait to take this with me! This will be a great travel speaker and will he much easier to pack than JBX speaker. This will be a great speaker to have on hand and at this price you can't beat it! Don't hesitate just get the speaker. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little travel speaker! *by T***1 on Reviewed in the United States on January 10, 2019* I really like this little speaker and COWIN has done a mostly great job of putting very good sound into a super small, and portable package. It is a vast improvement over the sound quality from my best laptop speakers, and I am eager to take this on all my business trips. I far prefer the sound of my Sonos 3 speaker, but that one is too bulky to take on the road, and this COWIN speaker does not require the Wi-Fi set-up that the Sonos requires (which is a hassle in most hotels where you have to repeat that setup every 24 hours). I can see where this will also be handy for presentations, web meetings, and any other setting that needs better audio that the laptop can supply.The 6110 is a great value for the price and I would rate this speaker 5-stars except for one glitch: All the controls (Bluetooth on/off, Play/Pause, Volume Up, Volume Down) are barely visible because they are raised black controls on a flat black background. In low light or with older eyeballs, they are completely invisible! I plan to work around this defect by using some white liquid correction fluid like "Wite Out" to paint the raised symbols white so they contrast with the background. (Then I will have to re-paint those controls every few weeks as the correction fluid wears off from use.)I wish COWIN had made these controls more visible for older customers' eyes. Other than that -- this speaker is perfect for my needs.
