## Questions & Answers

**Q: I plan on hanging this upside down, will that present any problem for overhead shots while panning?**
A: Hi sorry for late response. My answer is yes, please go ahead. We have that idea in design for shooting at various angles, including putting a Chips upside down like spider man. And the footage is brilliant.

**Q: What is the blue bar with the % at the top of the app? Is it updating? What does the delay contorl? and in what increments does it work in? Secconds?**
A: Thanks for contact YC TEAM, % at the top is battery power display; Delay control work in seconds, is a new technique whereby the frequency at which film frames are captured (the frame rate) is much more spread out than the frequency used to view the sequence. When played at normal speed, time appears to be moving faster and thus lapsing

**Q: Can you change the motor speed in timelaps mode?**
A: Sure, you can change the speed on APP, by setting the interval time 1-9999 seconds and the number of shots, shutter time；The app will automatically calculate the step value and shooting time, it will saving time.

**Q: i tried the sliders out 3 or 4 times worked fine, now it's stuck on a position. i can't set a - b or b-a. how do i get it un stuck?**
A: Hi sorry for late response. If it's not dusted or run out of power, then it might be the point A and B issue. Please make sure you leave a gap of 1 to 2 in between the slider block and furthest ends when setting up end points. That'd be fine. P.S. instable voltage power bank might also cause stuck issues. Hope my answer helps.

    Lots of Issues

*by E***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 10, 2019*

First let me just say I really wanted this slider to work for me. I was very excited to have it be wireless. The good:The actual slider itself is very well built. Nothing is loose or wobbly. I was very impressed with the build quality of the slider itself. It seems to move smoothly. I wish I would have gotten to try it at a steeper angle, but it stopped working in the first few hours I was messing around with it.The Bad:Issue 1. When the slider has no power going to it, you should be able to move the camera back and forth to compose your shot. This in not the case. You can’t budge the slider at all.Issue 2. The app. When you down load the app there is no icon to be found on my cell phone. You have to go to the Google play store, look up the name of the app then open it from there. The app only opens if you are connected to the Bluetooth in the slider. A bit annoying, but whatever. When I first plugged in the slider I had two more problems. Issue 3. The battery % indicator bar at the top of my cell phone took a half an hour to load the first time and closer to an hour the second time I plugged in the slider. And while this is going on, the app is frozen. Issue 4. At the same time the slider just randomly shut off. Keep in mind my battery that I bought was brand new and at 99% and works just fine. I charged my cell phone just the other day with it.So when trying to make the slider work. Issue 5. You HAVE to set the A and B points to make the slider work. Even though there is an off mode for setting the A and B points.Let’s get into the app little more.Issue 6. I was never able to get the video Shot mode to work at all.In Time lapse Mode Issue 7. To make it start you have to hit the A to B button or B to A Button INSTEAD OF HITTING THE START BUTTON This make no sense. The A to B or B to A buttons should be mode buttons not start buttons. Issue 8. The Start button doesn’t start anything. But it does pause the slider from taking photos.Next are the Delay time and Pause time buttons. On this part this company should consult a photographer that deals with time lapse equipment and how a time lapse slider should work. Normally you have a mode to allow for the time of the shutter speed and a Delay to let the camera stop shaking after the slider moves.Issue 9. The delay button delayed the time after the shot not before like is supposed to. This function is worthless until they correct how this is supposed to work.Issue 10. Next is the Pause button which is named (Shutter Time) in the manual. I guess they forgot to update the app to match the instructions. Issue 11. The time lapse button should match camera shutter speeds, not use increments of seconds. Issue 12. This button needs to be able to control the shutter speed while shooting while lighting conditions are changing. You can’t change anything when it’s working.Issue 13. And finally The time lapse slider only worked for a few hours before it got stuck at the A position, and I can’t get it to move at all.

The slider works well. The build quality is decent and it moves really smooth, way smoother than the Konova that I used to have. I like that it can work WITHOUT a power outlet. It can make use of a battery bank or a Sony FW50 battery (which I have a ton for my Sony A6 and A7 series) to power up)!!! No more lengthy power cables needed!

    Worth the penny! Pretty smooth

Great slider! This is one of the smoothest well thought out motorized slider i have ever used. I purchased the slider for use during wild shoot at my company in NYC. You can set a left-right loop tracking on ios APP to move wide shot. I was massively impressed after receiving the slider with the quality of materials used in its manufacture price. Everything felt worth. Its smooth felt solid and stable. I first try to use app-controlled electric slider, so far, no problems with the zipper.only thing it takes me few minute to set bluetooth connect, final note, i would highly recommend buying this convenient slider.
