This came with a weird, cheap blade adapter I couldn't find a replacement for. This fit perfectly on the 7/8" shaft. It was shorter than the collar from the previous one but fits and works ok. Super easy to install. Make sure if you're buying this to replace a pre-existing adapter you have or get a blade that fits the star pattern. I've seen some people complain about durability. I could imagine if you're hitting rocks or something that might be an issue, but as far as installing it and running it no issues.
