The good: made a great impression on my wife when I gave it to her as an anniversary present. It was well received and it well too. The odd: I wanted to wash the shirts to get that chemical smell off of it, and decided to read the laundry tag, something I rarely do, but for whatever reason decided to do it this time. The tag states these shirts are not meant as sleep ware....... What? That was the point... I decided to ignore the label's warning and darted to sleep with it on. Haven't seen anything that would warrant such a warning, but after having it washed a couple of times the shirt has shrunk a bit more than expected, and it's not as soft as I would have wanted it to be. The iron-on labels are also a bit hard and don't feel soft after a couple of washes and pulls on the shirt that has shrink a bit in the dryer.Recommendation: I recommend the shirt for the initial impact it can make, but don't expect to keep it in your closet for long.
