That's when I came across this one and I have had it for over 5 months now. It still works great and is super durable. The fans are silent, you can barely even hear them and they cool the laptop great. When I put my hand under it and touch the laptop the whole surface there is cold and it cools the whole area evenly. The whole cooling pad is like a grid, so you can clip the fans in place anywhere on it which is great because all laptops have the vent area in a different locations. The only con is that it's uneven, I guess most people like it that way but I would rather prefer an even stand, so if they could add extension legs to the front I would really happy. In overall you definitely want an aluminium cooler because it lasts longer and won't get hot. Also the movable fans are just great, they are silent and you can move them around to the right spot. This is the best cooling pad I have ever had and will definitely buy it again if the one I have should ever break. Love it!!
