I like sour stuff *by S***L on Reviewed in the United States on May 29, 2016* I have been drinking lemon juice and water (no sugar) for about 35 years. I'm also a super taster. I like sour stuff. This is a good lemon juice. It is relatively inexpensive for the size. The most important thing is it still has vitamin C (which is destroyed during pasteurization). It should also have potassium, but that dies easily. People forget that lemons have like 60% the vitamin C of an orange and none of the sugar. It's just not common to munch down on lemons, but they were the original fruit to stave off scurvy.There are a few better lemon juices, but they are vastly more expensive. Most you find will have no vitamin C because it's been completely destroyed. That isn't lemon juice anymore, IMHO, it's just sour water. I don't like they add lemon oil, but most do. Just make sure they don't add ascorbic acid.As for the preservatives, this is a gallon of fruit juice. Unless you're washing your car in it or serving a platoon, it can easily go bad without something.It isn't as strong as some of the others. Probably less lemon oil. I mix about 1:4 with water and drink it. Of course, we are a family of 10 in the house everyday, with 4 married children coming and going along with 21 grandchildren; I have 3 refrigerators humming in one house and two in another, so we have plenty of room to keep this big product.
