This works better than any insoles, superfeet, cushions, or any other orthopedic device I've used. The good thing about this, I suppose, is that if your plantar fasciitis were worse than mine, you could combine this with whatever else you're using.My only complaint is that it starts to hurt my foot after extended use, not the plantar but the rest of it from the squeezing. At first it does this rather quickly. but then it takes much longer, allowing me to use it for 6 hours at a time.
