Review: Don’t hesitate, get it!! - Product does exactly as mentioned!! I’ve been training my son and friend of his and they’re around the age of 7 and 8. The release latch is durable and releases on demand. The belt is a little too big for their waist but they are able to run (with hoodies on) about 30-35 yards before it falls below their waist. I would still recommend to use on young children but it’s definitely perfect for bigger waist individuals.

**Q: Would this fit younger athletes around age 10?**

Thanks for your question. We have designed the belt to fit various ages. It depends on the waist size. If your youth athlete has a waist 22" or greater it will work great. Hope this helps!

**Q: Strong enough for varsity high school athletes?**
A: Absolutely! I coach high school Track and Field. I use it all the time with my sprinters. Many of them play football as well.

**Q: The rings look pretty thin. Are they strong enough to take on huge amounts of force?**
A: Hello,

Thanks for your question the floating O-Ring has been tested extensively for large amounts of force and there have been no issues. The static D-rings are made for singe direction use. As long as the belt trainer is not modified or used in a way that it was not intended for there. will not be problems. Hope this helps.

Works well. Havent used it as much as I thought I would. Likely due to CoVID and not 100% sure what is happening with sports this year. However, while I did get a chance to use it a few times. It worked but was a lot more sensitive to release than I would have imagined. Had to get used to its sensitivity and where my hand placement is when runner starts. Either way, cant complain with a product that does what is expected.
