I like your sense of humor! **Q: where can I order a replacement for the slicing blade for this product because mine went to pieces with yams** A: I still have the box & instructions but it doesn't have a phone number or address on where to call. The only thing I saw was on the bottom of the box and this is all there was: Distributed by Allstar Products Group Hawthorne, NY. 10532Sorry....that's all I could find out besides that it's made in China! **Q: where can I get replacement blades mine fell apart** A: May be the company web site **Q: where can i get a slicing blade?don`t show the product slicing stuff and tell customers that it will slice stuff and then not include a slicing blade.** A: Don't worry about a blade Its not worth it. just send it back. Does not slice anything that they show. I had to pound on it to try and get it through the potato. and all it did was make the blades separate. Due to horrible pain from arthritis, I cannot hold onions and things to cu them without dropping them. I thought, hey, it's the same price at amazon, might as well just buy another. The one that came from amazon was clearly the same item but lower quality plastics, even lower quality inks on the box (it looked faded). It feels like they must've changed manufacturers or eliminated all quality control. After using the same as the previous item (which lasted a year), this one broke in 2 weeks. THe best and easiest way is to cut the onions into 1/4" slices and dice them one slice at a time other wise it takes a lot of down force to get them diced. Some vegetables are easier to slice/ dice then others.
