Great tasting/mixing batter, not as high in protein as others
After trying a few different brands, I can say the P28 protein pancake mix is a solid choice. While it doesn't pack the protein content of AboutTime pancake mix, for the price, it still makes an excellent batter and tastes great. If the protein content were upped a bit, this one would be a clear winner for me. If you're not as concerned with the amount of protein per serving, this is an excellent choice and I'd highly recommend it.

The pancakes taste good and are very easy to make
The pancakes taste good and are very easy to make. I did think the directions were confusing/misleading. One serving is 1/3 cup dry mix, which contains 160 cal, 22g carbs, and 14g protein. The directions say to mix 2/3 cup with 2/3 cup water for 28g protein, which I did. That ended up being about 8 small pancakes (4 per griddle). I couldn't possibly eat more than 4 of these pancakes, which is actually one serving.

Pricey
Good flavor Makes up quickly. Very high protein. But price? Really high for the product. I thought I was getting two cans of product for the price, not one. Just my mistake- through no fault of manufacturer or Amazon. But yikes! 4 stars for quality. Minus one, but should be two, for price.

Great Product with Great Taste!!!
Shame on Me!!! I just finished my first serving of your product and I have to say, the pancakes were very good, and I mean very good. Of course, I used 100% maple syrup. Please forgive me for griping about the amount versus the price. This product is something that has to be very special for me to purchase, but I plan to make and serve it again. Will definitely make another purchase.Agent99

Awesome flavor and texture!
Just made pancakes. These are awesome. I read you can make pancakes night before and pop em in toaster for when you’re heading to work. So i did. I sampled one or two and they really are good. I am kind of excited to be able to eat pancakes and get my protein in :D The texture was great - i may toss in some sugar free choc chips my next batch.

pancakes that fit your macros!
Slightly different taste/texture than "normal" pancake mix, but definitely still good & by the time you put syrup on them (and add some blueberries like I do), you won't even notice/care that they're not a dead ringer for IHOP ;) Nice to be able to have some "junk food" and still keep macros on track!

This is really good high Protein pancake mix
This is really good high Protein pancake mix. I use a microwave omelette maker and cook it for 2 minutes and also add an egg to it for extra protein and vitamins.

Great taste for a high protein food.
Way better if used to make Waffles than pancakes. It can be a little tricky to cook as a pancake but in a waffle maker it is consistent and great. If you are looking for other breakfast options, try the P28 high protein bread and a french toast recipe. The dense slightly sweet bread is perfect for french toast. You can even add vanilla protein powder to your french toast mix to step up the flavor and protein content.
