I doubt it. I used this in a limestone fountain and it worked well. If you are really trying to seal a leaking basement you need to dig it up from the outside and waterproof it and make sure to grade the yard correctly when you put it back. Nothing else will work for long. All of this of course depends on what the walls are, where you are, and how dry you really are trying to make things. **Q: how many square feet does one application cover?** A: Thanks for your question. Customer Service **Q: Will it stick to acrylic painted faux rock** A: Yes it should stick to faux rock. It will dry very hard within a half an hour or so and look like a coating on whatever you put it on. It will also look sort of shiny and brighten up the rock. You must use it pretty quick especially in warm weather and your brush may harden up unless you move fairly fast. I painted my rock koi pond and it really refreshed the rock with clear epoxy. **Q: can you swim in it?** A: Thanks for your question.
