I didn't work when I opened it, I trouble shot everything to see if I was using a type of battery it didn't like, because I had another megaphone that was picky. Never worked. By the time I realized it was never going to work I'd passed my return period. I'm truly annoyed. I will never buy this product again. If the seller would like to send me a new one, I will send my unused megaphone back and I would be willing to update this review if the one sent to me works.
