I am not able to work with a heavy weight one like I used to. So it will be ideal for someone who just starts to work out. But not useful to lose weight or body built as it is too light. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fun but hard to take apart *by P***N on Reviewed in the United States on 6 August 2018* I really enjoy having this hula hoop, especially in the evenings I no longer am slouched on the couch while I'm watching tv but burning up to 210 calories per half hour! The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 stars is because I recently wanted to take it apart and bring it on vacation and it was really difficult. Also the lovely soft padding didn't seem like it would be able to take pulling it apart and putting it back together very much (you have to press on hoop very hard in certain areas and pull which can cause the fabric to rip.
