I place my sports bra over the top of the band, and they stay in place without rolling down. Makes a bodysuit! I washing-machine-died the tan color and tan arm compression to a wine color. They are a bit tight going on (they're compression after all!), But not nearly as difficult as other brands (I didn't have to turn inside out). I do need to pull them up throughout the day. If I dont wear them within an hour of waking I start to swell. If I do, they can mitigate my symptoms, along with my medical pump at night.
