It seems the suspension trainer is made of good quality material the resistance is more than enough and the handles are soft and comfy. There are some bolts and connectors for fixing it to the wall I haven't fix it because it can usable on pull up bar(I use it on my pull up bar). Connectors and stitches are pretty good.
