It took 2 packet to properly flavor a pint of ice cream which puts the cost of this product a little steep for what you get in the end. For my coffee I add extra regular plain old stevia and then a packet of whatever flavour I decide for the day. I plan to get more, and try the other flavours once I can that's for sure!! But I decided to just have a cup of coffee with a Mint Chocolate Chip packet. The balance is perfect. It really cut out that craving. I even had cake flavoured tea the other day. This was a great investment, at least for me it was. I used to use Jordan's Skinny Syrups and while I may get some every now and then. Which is OK by me , as I am trying to train my taste buds not to like sweet.
