There is nothing out there that sticks like these without hurting him when taken them off, plus the fun designs give him incentive to wear them. The exterior material is extremely soft and the adhesive comes off without any pain to his skin or eyebrows. My son is a pretty sweaty kid, so there are occasions where the adhesive will lose it’s adhesion and the patch will begin to come off. That being said, these ones are far stronger than any other brand we have tried. The material is cut in two key places where the eyepatch connects to the nose that allows it to maintain adhesive without fighting the contour of his face. The box contains all the designs shown on the picture. **Q: Do these uphold to sweat?** A: In my experience, no. The adhesion is not very good in general, and sweat makes these useless. My daughter was constantly having to re-adhere them to her eye even without sweat. Drove her nuts. **Q: Does it come me with a poster?** A: No, it doesn't. **Q: Can these be worn over glasses** A: Not sure why you would want it over glasses. Only the outer edge has adhesive so it doesn’t stick to your eye lid or lashes. Wouldn’t make sense to put it on your glasses because you would still see out the side or under the glasses.
