I called their customer service number and received a prompt call back from Frank. After explaining the problem, he said he would fedex new one. I received the new set and all is great. Lighted palm trees are a delight and will be wonderful for our luau party. I can't say enough good about this company's customer service and in particular, Frank. Thank you Frank. Hopefully your bosses know how great you are!!
